We're looking for someone who has: Industry Insight - Experience in IT service delivery within a fast-paced environment, ideally within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a similar operational setting Communication Skills - The ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, simple language for our operational colleagues.
