We’re working with a supportive and forward-thinking Legal 500 firm that’s continuing to grow across Dorset and the surrounding areas. With multiple offices and a strong reputation for high-quality legal services, this is a fantastic opportunity to join their friendly Conveyancing team based in Shaftesbury.
The Role As a key member of the Conveyancing Department, you’ll manage a profitable caseload while delivering exceptional service to a loyal and expanding client base. You’ll also provide support to the Head of Conveyancing, contributing to the continued success and development of the department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
2. Deliver a high level of professional service to clients at all times
3. Draft clear, concise legal documents and correspondence
4. Ensure all files are compliant with regulatory and firm standards
5. Manage workloads effectively to meet financial and time targets
6. Support colleagues and assist with client matters across the wider team to ensure continuity of service
7. Engage in marketing and networking activities to raise the profile of the firm and department
About You
8. Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer
9. Solid experience in residential conveyancing
10. Strong technical knowledge with excellent client-care skills
11. Organised, proactive, and able to manage your workload independently
12. Keen to contribute to a growing and collaborative team environment
