Due to increased and sustained business they are now seeking 2 additional Designers to join their existing teams. Both opportunities will be site based so you must be able to commute to their offices daily which are located North of Central Northampton towards Wellingborough. Graphic Designer We are seeking a talented and commercially minded Designer to join a fast-paced and collaborative agency environment. Working closely with a wider creative and project team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions across a diverse range of print and digital projects. You will be responsible for taking creative projects from initial concept through to final delivery, producing visually impactful work that meets both client expectations and production standards. Key Responsibilities Manage design projects end-to-end, including small and large format graphics. Develop creative concepts across a range of campaigns and deliverables. Produce and amend artwork. Prepare and package files for production, ensuring accuracy and technical compliance. Respond to feedback with precision, implementing revisions to a high standard. Maintain well-organised files Ensure brand consistency across all outputs. Collaborate effectively with Designers, Project Managers and external partners. Contribute creative ideas and support continuous improvement within the team. Attend occasional site visits in the UK and internationally as required. Requirements: Proven experience as a Commercial Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both small and large format work. Creativity combined with commercial awareness. The ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. A proactive and adaptable approach to working within a collaborative environment Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite within a Mac environment. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Confident working across multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. Full UK driving licence and valid passport. Presentation Designer We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Designer to join a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual early in their design career who is passionate about visual communication and eager to develop their skills while working on a variety of high-profile, global projects. As a Presentation Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how ideas and stories are communicated across pitches, proposals, client presentations and internal documents. Working closely with Designers, Project Managers and wider creative teams, you will bring clarity, structure and visual impact to every piece of work, ensuring a high standard of delivery from concept through to completion. Key Responsibilities Design high-quality presentations for client pitches, proposals, strategy decks and internal communications. Translate complex information into clear, engaging and visually compelling layouts. Support the development of creative concepts in collaboration with design and project teams Prepare and finalise presentation files, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Manage presentation assets, maintaining clear and organised file structures and templates. Apply feedback effectively, refining and enhancing presentations to a high standard. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across 2D, 3D, CAD, Project Management and Workshop functions. Contribute creative ideas and help enhance overall visual communication within the team.
