Salesforce Developer – Manchester (Hybrid)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
* Building and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and integrations
* Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical designs
* Driving best practices in Salesforce development, code quality, and release management
* Supporting ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
* Contributing to the roadmap for future Salesforce capabilities and platform improvements
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud)
* Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
* Ability to design scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with platform best practices
* Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Desirable:
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder)
* Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar)
* Knowledge of modern DevOps practices
* Experience working in an Agile environment

* Competitive salary £50,000–£70,000 depending on experience
