What you'll do: Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to required standards, including routine, periodic, and specialist cleaning tasks. • Supervise and support cleaning staff, ensuring safe use of equipment, chemicals, and compliance with COSHH, health & safety, and company policies. • Monitor cleaning supplies and stock levels, maintain equipment, and report faults, hazards, or incidents promptly. • Deliver high standards of customer service, professionalism, hygiene, and security while adhering to client and company regulations. • Provide flexible operational support across multiple sites and areas, including cover for absences, specialist cleans, and out-of-hours requirements.
