Your role
In this role you will have the space and scope to excel in coordinating governance, reporting and communication activities for the Chief Technology Officer, and to cultivate and nurture meaningful connections with team members across Technology Services. The role sits in the Delivery and Service Management Team but supports the management team across the whole of DVSA’s Technology Services Team.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
* Governance: risk management, tracking team deliverables and actions, and organising team meetings
* Reporting: freedom of information requests and parliamentary questions
* Communications: producing the quarterly team cascade, intranet articles and screening incoming emails and responding
* Assisting with team recruitment, onboarding, and coordinating training
* Supporting the wider Delivery and Service Management Team with administrative and deliverable tasks
