The Role:
* Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Team Leader is to promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency. You will make a serious impact through your sales expertise and personalised service, which will help you build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

About You:
* Min 1 year people management experience preferably from a HS fashion background
* Min 2 years retail experience preferably from a HS fashion background
* Previous experience managing large teams approx. 20 plus
* Worked in a high turnover store before
* Passion for fashion and is extremely customer-orientated
* Flair for VM, brand standards and training
* Social Media savvy and can further leverage the brands image though it
* Natural leader and authentic individual
