Remuneration & Benefits
1. Salary: £40,000-£45,000, depending on qualifications and experience
2. Generous holiday allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays

What you will be doing as the Project Manager
6. Hands-on project management across the full lifecycle of product launches
7. Coordinating all technical aspects of launches
8. Build strong rapport across internal departments to support on-time delivery.
9. Reporting on project status and progress
10. Monitoring project budgets
11. Managing engineering changes
12. Representing the project in meetings with key stakeholders and customers
What you will need to apply for the Project Manager position
13. A technical or engineering background gained in the manufacturing sector.
14. Full project management ownership experience.
15. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and procurement.
16. Good people skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Your working hours
Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm. There is some flexibility to structure your hours slightly differently if required.
