This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HCSW to become part of a busy team delivering a CTAC service for the patients of the Peterhead Locality. The department also includes an Out-Patients department and a Minor Injuries Service. The role is primarily within the treatment room, but flexibility is essential as you may be asked to cover other areas of the department.
Candidates must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to undergo further training.
Applicants preferably have a broad range of clinical skills such as venepuncture, wound management, ECGs, INR, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
The postholder must be able to work under pressure to deliver safe and effective care.
Effective team player with excellent communication and IT skills are essential.
This post is for 22 hours per week, with scope to increase depending on service needs.
