Virtual Assistant (Sales, Lead Generation & Business Growth) – Full-Time, Remote
We are a growing digital company offering a range of digital products, automation tools, SEO services, and online solutions.
We are looking for a proactive and growth-focused Virtual Assistant (VA) who can take ownership of sales, lead generation, client coordination, and project management to help us reach targeted profit quickly.
This is not a typical admin-only VA role — we need someone who can actively contribute to business growth, sales, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
* Research and build targeted lead lists
* Run outreach campaigns
* Respond to prospects, book meetings, and assist in closing deals
* Manage CRM/Google Sheets with updated leads, progress, and reports
* Coordinate with the core team for service delivery
* Provide daily and weekly updates on revenue progress
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant with a sales/marketing focus
* Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies
* Excellent English communication (written + spoken)
* Organized, proactive, and results-driven
* Comfortable working toward revenue goals and commissions
* Basic knowledge of digital services (SEO, marketing, automation) is a plus
Compensation
* Base Salary: $0–$5000/month (depending on experience, full-time role)
* Commission: 0–15% commission on every closed deal
* Bonuses for hitting monthly targets (e.g., Profit goals)
