The Role
You’ll work with corporate clients on a varied, specialist caseload, including:
* Managing pre‑ and post‑issue litigation across courts and tribunals with opportunities for advocacy
* Providing strategic advice and regular client updates
* Advising on service charges, rents, covenants, easements, trespass & possession matters
* Working on building, fire and health and safety issues
* Advising on lease interpretation, complex title structures and developments
