York College is seeking an EHCP Compliance Lead to coordinate the EHCP processes within the Learning Support team. The role involves planning and administering annual reviews of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), forming an integral part of the Learning Support team, alongside specialists.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, excellent communication, and organisational skills, and is expected to work collaboratively within the team. This position is full-time at 37 hours per week with generous annual leave and a pension scheme.
