Solicitor - Commercial Property Associate - Bristol – Associate/Senior Associate Level
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility – minimum 3 days in office)
Salary: £55,000 to £80,000
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
* Property development projects
* Landlord and tenant transactions
* Asset management
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Property and estate management on a national basis
* Commercial property work for charities and education sector clients
* Cross-departmental work on mergers and acquisitions of independent schools
* Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
* Supporting the growth and development of the Real Estate team
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
* Associate or Senior Associate level experience in commercial property
* Strong technical and drafting skills
* Broad exposure to property work (specialist backgrounds also considered)
* Ideally some experience supervising colleagues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confidence in managing matters independently
* Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
* Passion for advising commercial property clients and delivering outstanding client service
