Head of Specialised Housing and Support
Salary: £69,161
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Swansea – Hybrid
The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership for Caredig's Extra Care and supported housing services, ensuring high quality, safe, and person-centred services for some of our most vulnerable tenants.
You will lead teams delivering housing management, care and support interfaces, safeguarding, and service continuity across Caredig's specialised housing portfolio. Working closely with colleagues across Housing, Property and Technology you will ensure services are coordinated, resilient, and focused on tenant wellbeing, independence, and dignity.
Head of Housing and Communities
Salary: £69,161
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Swansea – Hybrid
The successful candidate will lead Caredig's housing services teams delivering services to over 3,000 homes, ensuring a high quality, tenant focused, coordinated, safe, and effective housing management service.
You will have responsibility for core housing functions including neighbourhood management, tenancy sustainment, income and arrears prevention, ASB, complaints, and tenant engagement. Working closely with colleagues across Property, Care & Support, and Corporate Services, you will play a key role in shaping strong communities and positive tenant experiences.
