A well-funded (family office) Residential Investor / Developer is seeking an ambitious Investment / Acquisitions Manager to join their team in the North West.
You will work with a high degree of autonomy, looking to deploy c£10-20M/year initially - this will increase over time. Mainly looking to acquire living sector assets for repurposing/refurbishing - PBSA, HMO, Care, Support Living, BTR, etc.
