Junior Bid Manager

Location: North (hybrid)

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

About the Role

Are you ready to start your journey in bid management? As a Junior Bid Manager at Ground Control, you’ll work alongside our Bid Director to help create and submit compelling bids and proposals. You don’t need previous bid management experience - we’re looking for someone with transferable skills, who can multitask, think creatively, build relationships, and learn quickly with guidance and mentorship.

* Support the preparation, production, and submission of bids and proposals.

* Coordinate with internal teams and gather information for tailored responses.

* Help maintain visibility and communication for stakeholders throughout the bid process.

* Assist in creating win strategies and analysing post-submission feedback.

Experience in grounds maintenance, civil engineering, FM, or project coordination is a plus but not essential - enthusiasm and transferable skills matter most!
