Role Overview:
* Leading our hospitality teams across catering, housekeeping, and laundry
* Creating a warm, welcoming, and high-quality environment for residents and visitors
* Delivering an exceptional mealtime experience that is person-centred and dignified
* Ensuring high standards in cleanliness, food quality, and presentation
* Managing rotas, budgets, stock, and team performance
* Driving continuous improvement through resident feedback
Skill & Experience:
* Experience in hospitality management in a care home is desirable
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and compliance
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service
* A caring, positive, and hands-on approach
