D365 Application Manager
Biffa, Milton Keynes, England, United Kingdom. This hybrid role works from the High Wycombe office 1‑2 times per week. 37.5 hours per week – Mon‑Fri.
Core Responsibilities
* Manage the configuration of D365 F&O and other Finance & Procurement systems for Biffa, working closely with business to get the most value from the applications.
* Manage a team of up to 3 application analysts, providing training and career development.
* Lead the technical design of system enhancements, extensions, and integrations using industry standard tools.
* Define the configuration management process – establish and maintain the configuration baseline that serves as the reference point for further development, testing, and deployment.
* Work closely with business leads to plan configuration & development needs over a rolling 12 month horizon and manage team capacity to deliver the changes.
* Provide 3rd line technical support and troubleshooting for system issues, working with internal IT support, vendor support teams and other vendors as needed.
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, system analysis or a related field.
* Experience in configuring and managing D365 F&O.
* Experience in working with Power Platform preferred but not essential.
* Strong knowledge of Enterprise applications functionality, architecture, and development tools.
* Proficient in using industry tools, e.g. Azure DevOps, to track configuration changes through an Agile lifecycle.
