We're looking for a proactive and flexible General Operations Assistant to work closely with our Area Manager, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. What you'll be doing:
* Assisting the Area Manager with delegated tasks
* Visiting client sites to support cleaning teams and check standards
* Covering cleaning duties where required
* Helping with recruitment tasks such as interviews and inductions
* Supporting with stock checks, site paperwork, and audits
Someone organised, reliable, and hands-on
* Able to adapt to different tasks - no two days are the same
* Good communicator with a practical, problem-solving approach
* Full UK driving licence (essential - travel required)
£28,000 annual salary
