The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer queries via phone and email
* Provide accurate information about products and services
* Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally
* Maintain customer records and update databases
* Carry out office administration tasks
* Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
