Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
Encouraging pupils’ confidence, participation, and wellbeing
Bringing energy, initiative, and a can-do attitude every day

Has experience working in a school setting or youth/sports environment
Can work confidently across Foundation Phase and KS2
Is proactive, dependable, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team
Is ready to roll their sleeves up and make a real difference
