We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a dynamic and innovative private practice. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the private client team, taking on a diverse and challenging caseload that includes high-quality, complex matters. You'll be involved in a wide range of private client work, including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs). You will take over the responsibility of the department, manage budgets, complex matters and the team, so leadership qualities and raising the department's visibility are key elements of the role.
Responsibilities
1. Provide advice to clients on a range of private client matters
2. Manage a varied and interesting caseload, from straightforward to complex private client matters
3. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, offering tailored advice that meets their unique needs
4. Work collaboratively with a supportive team, contributing to the overall success of the department
Requirements
5. Ideally 5-7 PQE in private client law
6. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
7. Excellent organisational and communication skills
8. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
