Project Manager – Infrastructure Division (Civils & Utilities) – Central Scotland We are currently supporting a well-established and growing civil engineering and infrastructure contractor with the appointment of an experienced Project Manager to join their Infrastructure Division, which is experiencing significant growth following continued success on Scottish Power frameworks. Operating as part of a wider group with a turnover of £170m, the Infrastructure Division currently delivers £35m of work annually across a range of civil and utility projects throughout the Central Belt of Scotland. Due to a strong order book and new opportunities arising from Lot 1 of the latest Scottish Power framework, the division is targeting growth to £80m within the next 4–5 years. Project values typically range between £1–£3 million, although larger design and build schemes are set to reach £20–£30 million. The organisation follows a self-delivery model, with core trades managed in-house and selected specialist works subcontracted as required. With a strong focus on regional delivery, the business aims to keep its teams working within one hour of home wherever possible.
