F&B Systems Analyst
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Benefits + Bonus
Location: Central London | Hybrid
A global entertainment company is looking for an F&B Systems Analyst to join their team and play a key role in the rollout of a new inventory management platform across Retail, Food & Beverage, and Spares operations. This hands-on role will focus on optimising recipe management, stock control, and data accuracy within the ERP environment. Working cross-functionally, the F&B Systems Analyst will help shape how inventory is tracked, migrated, and managed across the business, ensuring systems align seamlessly with real-world restaurant and kitchen workflows.
What you’ll be doing:
* Analyse core requirements across inventory processes in Retail, F&B, and Spares
* Bring critical knowledge in system selection and implementation
* Operate across the F&B supply chain with stock management
* Work across WMS, ERP, and middleware platforms
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong understanding of inventory workflows, WMS, and Food & Beverage (F&B) systems
* Background as a Supply Chain Analyst or Inventory Analyst, ideally within the F&B or hospitality sector
* Hands-on experience with recipe management, restaurant operations, or food screening systems
* Familiarity with Oracle ERP or similar inventory platforms such as SAP, Blue Yonder, or Merret
* Exposure to F&B processes and systems that support ingredient-level tracking and consumption analysis
