Job Overview
Total Reclaims Demolition, are a small family run demolition company, operating for over 30 years. We specialise in demolition, soft-stripping, enabling works, non-licensed asbestos removal and site clearance. We are looking for an approachable and collaborative admin assistant to join our team. This role will involve working closely in between the Projects and Estimating departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have a background in administrative tasks, enabling them to support various office functions effectively.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
* Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks, including typing and document creation.
* Other duties may include; Filing, shredding, scanning, typing, greeting guests, accepting deliveries, uploading project enquiries, assisting with the preparation of project files
Experience
* Proven office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products (365, Word, Excel etc.)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
* Previous clerical experience will be beneficial in performing day-to-day office tasks effectively.
Additional information
* Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week spread evenly over 5 days, times to be discussed, Potential opportunities for overtime
* Salary: To be discussed at interview and is dependent on experience
* This a part time, permanent position.
* Office is easily accessible using the tram network

Pay: £17,901.85-£22,820.23 per year
