Plan and adapt creative schemes of work that develop knowledge, skills, and critical thinking. Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning for all students. Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Humanities department. What We’re Looking For: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential. Ideally, completion of ECT (Early Career Teacher) induction. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English. Effective classroom management and communication skills. Commitment to raising achievement and supporting the wider school community.
