Senior Technical Coordinator
Are you an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator seeking a new role with a leading Residential developer. This is a great opportunity for an established Senior Technical Coordinator to join an award-winning residential developer to play lead role delivering 2 new projects for the region. This role will work across 2 traditional build schemes consisting of traditional build houses and low rise apartments totalling 200 units reporting to the Regional Technical Manager
Requirements for the Senior Technical Coordinator role
* Experience working in a Technical/ Design Management role with a developer or main contractor
* Experience working on traditional build housing projects
* Experience working on multi-unit developments
