The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Agent to join their team. The Senior Talent Agent will play a key role in identifying, signing, and representing digital-first talent across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role requires a strong network of brands and talent, along with excellent negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
* Be the primary contact for a roster of creators, providing strategic career guidance.
* Develop and execute tailored career plans for each client to maximize potential and achieve goals.
* Secure and negotiate lucrative partnerships, drafting and amending contracts for favorable outcomes.
* Attend shoots and press commitments with talent.
* Proactively outreach to brands, securing authentic partnerships and long-lasting collaborations.
* Grow your roster by onboarding both emerging and established creators.
Key Requirements
* Experience working as a talent agent or manager overseeing digital talent.
* Commercially savvy with the ability to negotiate contracts independently.
* Knowledge of the latest social media trends and emerging creators.
