Litigation Lawyer Responsibilities
* Contract disputes
* Debt collection
* Civil Litigation
* Dispute Resolution
* Landlord and tenant disputes
* Property disputes
* Professional negligence
* Contentious probate
The Litigation Lawyer Candidate
* Solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of two years’ PQE
* Expertise in litigation and dispute resolution work
* With an excellent academic background
* A flair for business development would be advantageous
* Excellent communication skills across all levels are desirable
