Accounts Administrator-East Belfast- Part Time Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with an experienced Construction Company based in East Belfast. Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a permanent part-time basis. This role is offering up to 25 hours per week, and there is flexibility regarding hours worked. Offering a competitive salary, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing the following duties: Purchase ledger invoice processing to include costing to Contracts ledger Supplier statement reconciliation Sub-contractor ledger invoicing and payments Preparation of weekly and monthly payment runs to include all invoicing and payment checks Bank reconciliations and maintain up to date Cash book Liaising with suppliers, sub-contractors and management on day-to-day matters as they arise General accounting and office administrative duties Scheduling and organising after-sales maintenance Essential experience A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable IT Proficient to include accountancy packages Desirable experience Experience within the Construction sector If you would like to be considered for this vacancy, then please apply via the link provided.
