Eventually, he opened up about being teased at school, which was the source of his frustration. By the end of our mentoring, he was proud to tell me that he hadn’t had a ‘red card’ in two years. We high-fived in the hallway, and it was a proud moment for both of us.

Safer Recruitment Process
At Mentor Link, we prioritise safeguarding children through our Safer Recruitment procedures. All applicants must complete an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, provide two references, and successfully finish our Mentor Link Induction Training, which includes Safeguarding Children Training.
