Main duties of the job

What is required from you?
* A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
* You are required to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle to get to and from work as Tilford care home is situated in a remote location with no public transport routes
* 32 hours per week to include working alternative weekends
A day in the life of a Housekeeper
* Communal cleaning ensure the communal areas are kept clean and safe for residents and employees
* Domestic tasks -dust, polish and vacuum residents bedrooms thoroughly and ensuring use of appropriate warning signs when required
* Collaboration - work closely with the home management team to ensure the home meets the standards of hygiene and cleanliness
* Companionship- Provide support, communication and engagement to residents.
