An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to work on the helpdesk for one of our major UK supermarket clients. The role involves answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, logging customer faults and enquiries, and managing response times while following provided call scripts and capturing relevant data to ensure quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Obtain relevant data on each call through appropriate questioning to understand the problem quickly.
* Accurately input data and complete all relevant fields during each call.
* Liaise with Engineers to prioritize calls for swift response.
* Manage after-call activities to maintain workload and service levels.
* Communicate confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues, fostering cooperation.
Qualifications / Experience
Experience in a similar customer service role is desirable but not essential.
