Our client is a leading UK food manufacturer experiencing significant expansion—both organically and through acquisition—and are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join their team on a part-time basis. The role will be home based/ hybrid in nature.
This role offers the chance to act as a trusted legal partner to senior leadership and operational teams, advising across a wide spectrum of commercial matters. From drafting and negotiating contracts, managing property and dispute issues, and safeguarding intellectual property, to supporting data protection and governance, you’ll play a key role in enabling informed decision-making and protecting the business as it scales.
What we’re looking for:
Based in the Midlands/ North of England you should possess the following:
•Qualified solicitor (5+ years PQE) with strong commercial experience
•Broad expertise across contracts, disputes, IP, property, and data protection
•Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously
•Excellent communication skills to influence and support stakeholders across the business
