Key Responsibilities: * Deliver whole-of-market regulated mortgage and protection advice. * Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and introducers. * Complete full fact-finds, affordability assessments, and product recommendations. * Proactively identify remortgage, protection, and cross-sell opportunities. * Maintain high compliance standards in line with FCA guidelines. * Hit agreed performance and service KPIs in a target-driven environment. You’ll Need To Succeed: * Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – Essential. * Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker (banking, estate agency or independent firm). * A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * CAS status desirable but not essential – full training and support will be provided. * Clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions are mandatory.
