Kasssh’s mission is “Enabling the digital economy with cash payments” We have recently launched in the UK and now need a sales “hunter” to help sign up new eCommerce retailers as we grow. Job brief As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for closing a lead list of target customers. We have an established outbound sales process with automation, however success has been found in a personalised reach out (call based) to explain our unique proposition. This role is to achieve the final steps of the process. Responsibilities Contact, qualify and close customers Set appointments and run demos Track progress towards meeting sales goals Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments Feedback and suggest improvements to processes Requirements and skills 3 years of experience in phone based sales Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability to change A desire to learn and grow in the sales field Remuneration This is a pure sales role with a rich commission based on signed contracts.
