What You’ll Be Doing Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including operations, quality, and administrative tasks Oversee food provision to F&B outlets and ensure compliance with legislation Contribute to menu creation, incorporating guest feedback Ensure consistent production of high-quality dishes Handle customer relations in the absence of the Head Chef Organize working rotations to meet business needs efficiently Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade, ensuring a well-organized and effective team Control costs while maintaining standards, improving gross profit margins and meeting departmental targets Assist other departments as required and foster good working relationships Promote environmentally conscious practices in the kitchen What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP Passion for producing high-quality food Excellent planning, organizing, and multitasking skills Strong supervisory and team management abilities Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure Good communication skills and adaptability to work solo or in teams Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Eligibility Applicants must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
