Operational Resilience Manager (12-Month FTC)

An urgent opportunity for an Operational Resilience specialist to join a UK financial services organisation on a 12-month FTC. You’ll act as the sole SME, supporting BAU regulatory activity, improving frameworks, and ensuring resilience standards are maintained and enhanced.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and develop operational resilience dashboards and reporting
* Maintain and enhance dependency mapping for critical business services
* Manage BAU regulatory compliance, reporting, and annual reviews
* Identify, assess, and track operational vulnerabilities through to remediation (GRC tooling)
* Support scenario testing and resilience planning activities
What We’re Looking For
* Strong operational resilience experience within FCA/PRA-regulated financial services
* Proven ability to apply regulatory frameworks in practice (not just theory)
* Experience with dashboards, reporting, and dependency mapping
* Confident stakeholder engagement and ability to work autonomously
* Hands-on experience with risk/vulnerability tracking and GRC tools
