We are recruiting for Trainee Assistant Site Managers in Scotland.\n\nYour Role\n\nThe role of Trainee Assistant Site Manager reports to the Site Manager and Construction Manager and assists with the responsibility for managing all aspects of a construction development site, ensuring the provision of safe, efficient and cost-effective works at all times, while maintaining the highest quality of work and customer service is delivered within the given timescales. Youâll learn to:\n\nEnsure all Health & Safety, Environmental and Waste Management Policies are adhered to\nDeliver all aspects of production requirements in strict accordance with relevant technical and planning documentation provided and any subsequent instructions that may be necessary from time to time. To conform fully to building regulations and warranty providersâ requirements (NHBC, LABC Services).\nEnsure that practical completions are formulated with sales requirements to ensure mutual compatibility.\nMaintain site security and good practice\nBuild in accordance with relevant standards, Codes of Practice, Building Regulations and warranty requirements in force at the time\nFully cooperate with the Companyâs Customer Care Policy\nOversee all site administration, ensuring it is carried out in accordance with divisional Head Office requirements. What Weâre Looking For\n\nGCSE Maths and English â Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)\nPrevious trade qualification desirable, but not essential\nWillingness to travel and stay away from home occasionally\nFlexible and eager to learn\nA full UK driving license\nApplicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
