Role Responsibilities:
As a Lead Estimator, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Driving and winning work within the fitout sector and passive fire solutions
* Chasing down leads and tendering for works, putting together quotations, and winning orders from clients
* Managing your own workload and overseeing other estimators
* Knocking on doors within the current client base and seeking new clients where opportunities arise
* Reporting directly to the board of directors
What We Are Looking For:
* Lead Estimator: With experience in tendering for works, putting together quotations, and winning orders
* Proven track record in Business Development or Sales, lead generation, and client management
* Ability to manage a team of estimators and workload independently
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites in and around London
