Reporting to: Senior Dental Area Manager
Background & Job Purpose: The Oral Care Consultants are field-based specialists who work in close partnership with UK dental professionals, detailing, selling and merchandising Colgate products to existing or new customers in the dental sector.

Responsibilities
* Visit dentists, hygienists & therapists within dental practices, area health authorities, hospitals and dental hospitals within your territory.
* Establish contact, build rapport, sell specialist professional products, drive recommendation and endorsement for our consumer brands.
* Educate dental professionals and their teams on specific oral care areas and benefits of Colgate products.
* Work closely with Area Manager to develop coaching and an individual development plan.
* Maintain and collate customer records within the C4C system.
* Prepare quarterly business plan and weekly visit plans.
* Provide technical/scientific product information through trade exhibitions, educational group meetings, and one-to-one sessions.
* Provide ongoing feedback to Professional Marketing and Sales team.
* Deliver daily KPIs involving contact with dental professionals, face-to-face and video call/phone for remote regions.
