Your objectives and responsibilities
We are looking for a Digital Audit Project Engineer to join our team. This role will support the delivery of Steam System Audits as part of our manage, optimise and decarbonise journey.
* Support the implementation of Ecobolt, steam insights, connected asset, connected metering and monitoring through field training and support
* Support the scoping of digital connected solutions, working with the service team to refine connection solutions
* Support the onboarding of connections through the ComApp, SXS Engineering Portal and STRATA
* Onsite and back-office installation and commissioning support to the service and survey teams
* Supporting sales teams with enquiries, and pull through opportunities
* Collaborate with sales teams to maximise customer value and sales potential
* Support the onboarding of contractors with the installation of panels and any other physical solutions
Your previous experience is likely to include
* Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customer and colleagues
* Experience and knowledge of steam and condensate systems & thermal energy principles
* Professional engineering or equivalent technical field
* Powerapps, excel, word, STRATA, JIRA ideal but not essential

* Supporting and driving the development & implementation of new services in S&A
* Develop understanding of steam and thermal energy Auditing principles and evolve a specialism in chosen aspects of Audit delivery and development
* Supporting on site Audit delivery in collaboration with Audit Project Engineers
