Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AV Support Engineer at Avensys Ltd, located in Crawley. Responsibilities include providing technical support for commercial AV installations, troubleshooting system issues, and operating and maintaining AV systems. The AV Support Engineer will assist clients with technical queries, ensure system performance, and handle repair and maintenance tasks as needed. The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support for AV systems
* Strong skills in customer support and delivering excellent customer service
* Familiarity with operating systems and their role in AV solutions
* Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively
* Experience with audio-visual installations, integration, or similar technical fields is a plus
* A background in Electrical or AV Engineering, or relevant certifications, is highly advantageous
