As a Conference Porter, main responsibilities will include:
* To be responsible for ensuring that meeting space is set up as per guest requirements and according to EHC conference standards
* Ensure that meeting/function space is always clean and presentable
* To meet and greet guests upon arrival
* To service lunch and refreshments breaks on time and according to EHC standards
* Clean out rooms at the end of functions and re-set rooms for next function
* Ensure all equipment are kept in a safe and tidy condition
* To direct guests to areas of the hotel
* To ensure guests are helped at all times
