About the Role
We are recruiting for an Account Executive to acquire new commercial customers, whilst retaining existing customers by providing exceptional customer service.
This is a fully remote role allowing flexibility to work from home.
Overview Of Duties
To develop and maintain the relationship with existing customers and to target new customers from the marketplace by the effective marketing of current prospects
Establish and manage with each customer a renewal strategy in accordance with the companies' procedures/aims to maximise renewal success
Responsibility to ensure that customers are correctly and adequately insured for all of their insurance exposures and that correct advice is given
To liaise with Account and Claims Handlers to complete all supporting documentation to maintain and achieve customer service standards
Person Specification
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
High level interpersonal skills
Ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships
Planning, organisational and time management skills
Experience in dealing with commercial business insurances programs
Knowledge of commercial products and insurance market
Proven track record of retention and integrated sales
Passion for customer services and professionalism
Proactive and able to prioritise and effectively manage own workload
Education and/or Experience
At least 5 years commercial insurance experience
Proven track record of retaining and organically growing a book of business
Driving license
