The Glenturret Distillery, Scotland’s Oldest Working Distillery, owned in partnership with Lalique, is a luxury brand with hospitality operations including the Two MICHELIN Star Lalique Restaurant, a busy tourist attraction, and Aberturret Estate House. The business is forward‑thinking and fast‑growing with ambitious expansion plans.
Role
The Estate House Duty Supervisor plays an integral part in the day‑to‑day running of Aberturret Estate House, our on‑site accommodation offering. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Greeting guests on arrival and departure
* Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, house preparation and presentation
* Planning and stocking all guest amenities, food and beverage requirements
* Maintaining all public areas and general cleaning as required
* Providing a continental breakfast service daily
As part of a small team, you will contribute to creating first and last impressions for guests and build relationships to ensure high‑end, unforgettable experiences. This may include attending to emergency guest requirements out of hours.
About you
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking and highly motivated individual who is passionate about their work and the experiences they provide, and who can work both as part of a team and independently.
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail and flexibility
* Initiative and problem‑solving abilities
* Strong time management and the ability to prioritise
You have previous work experience in housekeeping or guest relations within Scottish hospitality/accommodation, and a valid UK driver's licence is essential.
