Early Years Practitioner Role Overview As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an essential role in caring for children aged 0–5, supporting their learning and development through purposeful play and daily routines. Your key responsibilities will include: Childcare and Learning : Supporting planned activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to encourage learning and development. Personal Development : Helping children build independence, confidence, and social skills in a nurturing environment.
