Roseview glaziers Required
We are Expanding our busy and dedicated Glazing team, we require fully qualified glaziers to join our team based in Olney
Applicants should have good experience of all aspects of glass & glazing, and a friendly attitude and good spoken English is essential, to help our long established company
. Specialisations:
· GLASS – Your area of work will be focused on handling glass
Key Requirements:
Ability to maintain positive, polite, and friendly attitude towards other staff and visitors. Upholding a smart appearance and adherence to uniform policy.
Good communication skills, able to work as a team or autonomously, ability to convey any issues or positive suggestions to line manager.
Able to adhere to established schedules and processes, whilst showing ability to prioritise and problem solve in a fluid environment.
Motivated and goal orientated to fulfil scheduled tasks.
Ability to keep work area clean and always adhere to best health and safety practice.
Responsibilities
* Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
* Participate in the construction and assembly of bespoke sash windows.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality standards are met.
* Follow schematics and technical drawings to complete projects accurately.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety.
* Assist in fabrication processes as required.
* Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in construction or manufacturing environments.
* Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
* Basic knowledge of welding or electrical work is preferred.
* Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Excellent teamwork skills with a collaborative approach.
