Job Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:
* Dealing with lease negotiations, renewals, surrenders and other tenant/landlord matters across large property portfolios
* Advising on asset management issues for commercial real estate, including strategic and operational considerations
* Working closely with the asset management team in the food & beverage sector (and other sectors) to provide pragmatic commercial advice
* Using legal technology platforms to deliver efficient client service and manage work flow effectively
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Property Solicitor should be / have;
* A solicitor with 3‑7 years PQE
* Demonstrable technical expertise in commercial property asset management
* Proven experience handling lease negotiations, renewals, surrenders and general asset management matters for sizeable property portfolios
* Experience in or knowledge of the food & beverage sector would be advantageous
* Comfortable with legal technology solutions and platforms, and an interest in working in a managed legal services environment
* Ties to Leeds
