Recruitment Consultant – Cybersecurity (Hybrid / Remote)
Location: Brighton workspace / Remote (ideal if within ~2–3 hours commute)
Salary: up to £40,000 base DOE + 10–30% commission (no threshold)

What you’ll be doing
* Sourcing and placing cybersecurity professionals - from engineers, analysts, pentesters to governance/compliance experts - across vendor, consultancy and corporate roles.
* Managing full-cycle recruitment for European and US clients, navigating cross-border hiring requirements, and applying your knowledge of international markets.
* Engaging with multilingual candidates and clients (especially French/German-speaking markets), ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process.
* Building and growing your own desk over time - this is a boutique firm where motivated recruiters get real ownership and opportunity.
What we’re looking for
* Previous recruitment experience (cybersecurity or tech ideal but any experience considered)
* Fluent English, however French or German language skills are highly desirable.
* Confidence working with candidates and clients across different countries and markets (EU / US).
* Self-motivated, organised, able to work remotely and independently, yet collaborative when needed.
* Good commercial instinct and desire to build a long-term career in niche recruitment.
